Financial Policy

For your convenience, we are very sensitive to easing the cost of health care services. We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Zelle, and Apple Pay. We also offer extended time length payment plans with on the spot, online approval through Wells Fargo our premier partner, as well as Care Credit Synchrony Bank. These plans have as low as  0% APR.  For self pay patients not holding dental coverage, we have special in office programs in place for your assistance in dealing with your specific needs. Patient co pay portion responsibilities are typically due at the time services are rendered, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. In today’s times, our office is happy to participate as preferred dental care providers with most major insurance companies to help ease the out of pocket patient portions due, by waiting for assignment of dental benefits (when pre authorized), vs the patient alternatively  having to wait for direct reimbursement  of benefits. This patient friendly policy allows one to only have to remain responsible for a small portion of the treatment, vs the entire balance, as our office waits for payment from the insurance company directly.
