Lynette Medina
Office Manager
Lynette believes in creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated. “When we start realizing our worth, there is a trickle of confidence that comes down the pipeline. That is the key to produce organically meaningful work, personally and professionally. This creates true authenticity.”
Lynette offers more than 13 years of concentrated experience in the Administrative Field; primarily highlighted in account management, team oversight and office operations. Originally, she started as a dental and surgical assistant and joined Plantation Dental and Anesthesia Associates staff in 2010.
Her experience includes direct patient interface and overall patient satisfaction and retention. Lynette take pride in helping our patients with any questions they may have regarding their treatment plan, insurance, financial needs or overall patient care concerns
In her free time, Lynette loves to travel, cook, try new restaurants, go to concerts and comedy shows, spend time with loving husband of 21 years and 2 beautiful children, and simply enjoy each day as they pass.
Megan Vaught
Practice Administrator
Megan Vaught serves as the Practice Administrator and is dedicated to ensuring that every patient has a positive, seamless experience from the moment they contact the office through the completion of their treatment. With several years of experience in dental practice management and patient care coordination, she works closely with both patients and the clinical team to support efficient operations and exceptional service.
Megan understands that dental treatment can often feel overwhelming, especially when patients are navigating insurance benefits, treatment recommendations, and financial considerations. She takes pride in helping patients understand their options and ensuring they have the information and support needed to make confident decisions about their oral health.
Her experience includes coordinating care for a wide range of procedures, including periodontal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and regenerative treatments. By working closely with the doctors and team, Megan helps ensure that each patient’s treatment journey is organized, efficient, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.
Behind the scenes, Megan oversees many aspects of the practice’s daily operations, including patient experience initiatives, scheduling, insurance administration, financial coordination, and office systems. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel welcomed, respected, and cared for at every visit.
What Megan enjoys most about her role is building relationships with patients and contributing to a practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, compassionate care, and outstanding service. She believes that exceptional dentistry begins with trust, communication, and a commitment to providing every patient with the highest standard of care.
Tianna Robinson
Dental Hygienist
Tianna Robinson is a dental hygienist originally from Jamaica with over 13 years of experience in patient-centered, preventive care. She is a graduate of both Broward College and Miami Dade College and has worked in both general and periodontal dentistry. Tianna is deeply committed to patient education and enjoys mentoring others within the dental field. She is known for providing meticulous, compassionate care, building strong rapport with patients, minimizing dental anxiety, and ensuring each patient has a positive and welcoming overall experience. A proud mother of two and the wife of a retired military veteran, she values family as deeply as her profession. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new experiences with her children, and embracing the joy and responsibility of motherhood.
Alianna Aleman
Dental and Anesthesia Assistant
Alianna glad to be a part of the exceptional team at Plantation Dental and Anesthesia Associates. As a dedicated and passionate dental assistant, I bring over more than 3 years of experience in providing high quality patient care and support.
Born and raised in Cuba, I began my journey in dentistry there, by studying at dental school for three years. With a desire to pursue a better future, I came to the United States and began working as a dental assistant in 2021. This role has allowed me to gain invaluable experience and knowledge from excellent doctors and professionals.
I joined Plantation Dental and Anesthesia Associates at the beginning of 2024 and am delighted to be part of such a talented and compassionate team. Currently, I am pursuing further education at college, working towards completing the requirements to enroll in dental school and achieve my dream of becoming a licensed dentist in United States.
Outside of work, I enjoy living with my family in Miami Gardens and I love spending time with them. I am excited to continue growing and learning with this amazing working team and delivering exceptional care to our patients.
